The Park on Ke‘eaumoku is excited to welcome Sadie’s BBQ Honolulu, the newest venture from the local, mother-son team behind Sadie’s BBQ Inn in Pearl City — a true island favorite. Since 2014, they’ve been serving up bold, locally inspired Korean flavors, which is soon to be available at Midtown Eats, The Park on Ke‘eaumoku’s Food Hall!

Sadie’s story began with a Korean immigrant’s dream to share her cooking with America. Her son soon joined her after his honorable time in the military, mastering her recipes and adding his own creative touch to honor authentic Korean flavors with a local twist.

This new Honolulu location will feature a streamlined menu of Korean-style meats, soups, and banchan, including favorites like King Kalbi, Meat Jun, Kimchi Soup, and Soft Tofu Soup.
