The construction team at The Park on Keʻeaumoku has been hard at work, and the much-anticipated amenity deck is on track to be substantially complete by the end of June!

The landscaping is nearly done, and will soon add the finishing touches to the outdoor space. Pool construction is progressing well, and the raised paver walkways are being installed, creating a beautiful and functional path throughout the area. As for the amenity building, we’ve completed the roof and are currently installing windows, while work on interior framing, drywall, and rough-ins for electrical and plumbing are also in progress.
