The Park on Ke’eaumoku’s expansive food hall will feature a variety of local favorites, including King of Thai Boat Noodle, led by Chef Anthony Tahng.

Rising from humble beginnings in Thailand, Chef Tahng, a master chef of Thai cuisine, started his culinary journey in 1965. From a very young age, Chef Tahng learned that food tasted best when it was prepared and served in a joyous environment. Much of his love and passion for food can be found in his savory dishes, which draw heavily from his professionally acquired techniques and family recipes.

His primary goal is for patrons to arrive with the expectation of a joyous authentic Thai eating experience, leave satisfied, tell others, and return for the adventure again and again.
