The Park on Ke`eaumoku’s Construction Team is proudly supported by Nan, Inc., Hawaii’s largest locally owned and operated general contractor. Leading this accomplished team is our distinguished Project Manager Chad Korenaga.

Mr. Korenaga is a graduate of the University of Hawaii, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He’s not only a leader in the field but also a dedicated member of the engineering community, currently serving as a Director of the Engineering Alumni Association at his alma mater.

With over two decades of hands-on experience, Mr. Korenaga has left an indelible mark on Hawaii’s skyline. His impressive portfolio includes iconic high-rise developments such as Anaha, Trump Waikiki, Hale Mahana, and Sky Ala Moana.

The Park on Ke`eaumoku is pleased to have Mr. Korenaga as our team leader while construction on both Liona and Rycroft Tower progresses.
