Q: What about The Park’s Affordable Housing Program prompted you to apply?
A: Affordability. The median price of a home in Hawaii is out of our family’s price range, but the Affordable Housing Program made it possible to reasonably purchase a modern home in Hawaii.

Q: Which amenity are you most excited to enjoy?
A: All the amenities are attractive to us and the fact that we have unrestricted access to all the amenities was a huge factor in proceeding to apply for The Park on Keeaumoku. In particular, the infinity pool, gym, and club room, although I am especially intrigued by the movie room. The 24/7 security is also an important feature that is important to our family. 

Q: Which unit type did you choose and why?
A: We chose unit type 01 in Liona Tower because of the location (corner unit) and the layout of the 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit. The layout maximizes the space, and we appreciate the detailed thought that was put into designing all of the unit types.
