With construction about to commence at The Park on Ke‘eaumoku, excitement is growing for the vibrant, mixed-use project. This week, we introduce you to Richard, superintendent of Nan Inc., our construction partner for The Park.
 
Q: What’s currently happening at the construction site?
A: We recently put up a fence around the build site as part of our preparations for demolition. Select demolition has started, with complete demolition scheduled for next month. We are also conducting HAZMAT abatement, an important step that involves safely handling and disposing hazardous materials.
 
Q: Why are you excited about The Park?
A: The Park has a prime location in the heart of Honolulu. I’m excited for our team to be a part of bringing the vision for this property to life. The project involves four separate structures, and our team looks forward to providing a quality product to future residents and the community.
 
Q: What has your experience been like so far?
A: We currently have full time staff on the site, who started working about a month ago. So far, we’ve had a great experience collaborating with the project team and anticipate a lot more activity on site in the coming months.
