Are short term rentals okay at The Park on Ke`eaumoku?
While daily or weekly rentals are not allowed, The Park on Ke`eaumoku and other surrounding residential buildings are subject to a 30-day minimum rental period. Many owners may find this to be a benefit compared to buildings in the Kaka’ako area, which falls under the more restrictive HCDA 180-day rental period rule. 

If I purchase today, am I subject to today’s interest rates?
No. If you plan to finance, you will be asked to prequalify at a set rate based on today’s market, however this is not the actual rate you will be paying. Your actual interest rate will be locked in closer to the completion and closing date of your unit, to be determined.

Will there be guest parking?
Yes. There will be nearly 50 parking stalls reserved for residential guest parking, and nearly 175 stalls reserved for commercial parking.

Will there be Electronic Vehicle (EV) chargers?
Yes. There will be 28 dedicated EV charging parking stalls. Of these stalls, 24 will be for residential and 4 will be for commercial use.
