Last week marked significant milestones as Liona Tower soared to the 36th floor, while Rycroft Tower reached the 32nd floor. What’s even more thrilling is that the 3rd floor units in both towers have been fully built out, with all appliances seamlessly installed. Our attention is now focused on addressing any outstanding items on Level 3 to maintain our rigorous quality control.

Construction on the parking garage is also well underway. Concrete has been poured on level 4, establishing the groundwork for further vertical growth.
