A: Ala Moana Beach Park   Q: Why is it your favorite beach? A: There are so many things to do there. You can have a picnic, play tennis, swim, surf, jog, and even fish. With so many options, it’s truly an enjoyable place for everyone.   Q: What kind of activities do you like to do at this beach? A: I love going for a run around Ala Moana Beach Park in the morning before work when it’s still a bit empty. I park at Magic Island and lap around the entire park, just under 3 miles long. If I feel up to it, I’ll even do two laps or add an extra loop around Magic Island!   Q: What other beaches do you enjoy near The Park? A: If you head East into Waikiki, Kaimana Beach is an excellent pick as it’s perfect for relaxing with the family and hanging out with friends. If you’re driving, it’s just under 15 minutes away, or 2.7 miles.   Q: Why is The Park great for beachgoers? A: The Park is close enough for you to walk to beaches such as Ala Moana Beach Park or take a short car ride to other options nearby.
