Demolition has officially begun at The Park on Ke‘eaumoku, a new mixed-use community soon to come to the heart of Honolulu.

The construction crew is currently in the demolition phase of the construction process, which includes demolition of existing buildings, dust control, debris separation and the hauling of materials using an excavator.

Demolition above ground will continue over the next two weeks, followed by demolishing of existing footing and utilities at the end of this month. The next phase will include the formation of The Park’s foundation and its footings, piles and new utilities.
