DPI: The Method Behind Designing The Park
Design Partners Incorporated (DPI) has designed and completed over 25,000 residential homes in all market niches in the Pacific region. The firm has extensive, collective experience in multi-story and high-rise projects in Hawaii and overseas. Some notable projects include Azure Ala Moana, The Central Ala Moana, Sky Ala Moana, The Collection, Waihonua at Kewalo, and now The Park on Ke’eaumoku.
Johnny Wu, Principal Designer at DPI, shares, “The design vision for The Park on Ke’aumoku was to provide a vibrant environment where residents can work, play and socialize, thus creating a diverse lifestyle for its residents to call home. We emphasize the building designed to harmonize with its surroundings and enhance the quality of life for its future residents and visitors. The architecture of the buildings is a perfect balance of contemporary and sustainable design, featuring sleek lines, large windows, and green rooftop gardens that add a touch of natural elegance to the urban realm. This is a very special project to me in which the project developer, in collaboration with the city, gives back to the community a much-needed greenspace oasis in the urban core.”
This design will transform Ke’eaumoku Street into all-encompassing gathering space for the community, with a half-acre park and extensive commercial space featuring restaurants, shops, and services.
