Q: What aspect of The Park on Ke’eaumoku do you have the most fun talking about with buyers?
A: The amenities might be reason enough to purchase in the project. Located on the 14th floor above the parking structure, the two residential towers will share a single amenity deck (slightly over one acre) creating a place where the two towers meet and create a sense of community, while also being efficient enough to keep maintenance fees down.
Q: What is your favorite floor plan at The Park?
A: My current favorite available floor plan is 302R in Rycroft Tower. The lanai spans 441 square feet, so as an avid plant lover, I can decorate with plants and have an outdoor lounge area where I can have my afternoon tea while checking emails overlooking the half-acre park.
Q: What do you like to do in the area near The Park?
A: I’m always hungry, so I love to grab lunch or a snack at 808 Sheridan right behind Walmart. Right now my go to lunch spot is Le’s Bahn Mi for their lemongrass chicken sandwich paired with iced Vietnamese coffee. For afternoon tea and dessert, I head to Cake M, right next door. Their strawberry shortcake is delicious.
