Q: What got you into real estate and selling condominiums in particular?
A: I love the concept of condo living and all the conveniences that are provided when you live in a walkable urban neighborhood. There are coffee shops, restaurants, the mall, and the beach all within a few minutes from The Park. If you’re open to exploring on foot, you’re making a positive impact on your health and the environment. 

Q: What aspects of The Park on Ke’eaumoku do you have the most fun talking about with buyers?
A: The one thing I always try to illustrate with buyers is how different the neighborhood will feel once the project is completed. There will be a half-acre park in the middle of this urban area that will serve as a gathering space for the community. This project sits on one of the largest blocks on the street and the entire walking experience will change for the better.

Q: What is unique about The Park compared to other residences?
A: The Park is great because there will be retail and restaurants right downstairs from the residences. If you’re feeling lazy in the evening and don’t want to cook dinner, you can run downstairs and choose from one of the many dining options in the food hall. I don’t think you’ll ever get tired of the options bring offered at The Park.
