We are now offering a 20-year Restriction Period for a selection of units, a reduction from our previous 30-year affordability period. 

Our income limits have also been updated. Previous units that required household earnings not to exceed 100% of Area Median Income (“AMI”) have been bumped up to 120% of AMI. Similarly, units that required 120% of AMI have been bumped up to 140% of AMI.
