Here a few notable security measures that will be implemented at The Park on Ke`eaumoku:

• Over 400 high-definition security cameras, strategically placed throughout the property, including the park area and The Grove, as well as near surfboard and bicycle storage areas
• 24/7 on-site security personnel patrolling the premises
• License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology at each residential entry point in the parking structure, with card reader access and intercom connections to security for additional support
• Card reader access for entering and exiting the amenity deck, with intercoms available for emergency communication and card readers securing individual amenity rooms
• Card reader access for elevators on all floors and stairwells on levels 1 and 2, with lobby doors also secured by card readers during nighttime hours
