Alex brings exceptional credentials to the role, with a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from the University of Arizona and a Master of Science in aerospace engineering from the University of Southern California. Throughout his years in the construction industry, including 8 years at Nan, Inc., Alex has served as a field engineer, senior project engineer, and project manager.

His past experience includes working successfully with numerous clients under demanding situations and diverse conditions, including “fast-track” projects that require meeting rigorous construction schedules and deadlines. His impressive portfolio includes overseeing the renovation of Building 502, a barracks living quarters for military personnel at Fort Shafter, demonstrating his capability to handle high-stakes residential projects.

As work continues on Liona and Rycroft Tower, The Park on Ke`eaumoku is fortunate to benefit from Alex’s leadership and experience.
