The Park on Ke`eaumoku’s expansive commercial space is set to become a hub of local culinary delights, featuring Pho Saigon – a family-owned Vietnamese restaurant established in 1995.

Operating for nearly three decades in their current location on Kapiolani Blvd., owners Tuyethoa Khau and Dan Le possess a wealth of knowledge about authentic Vietnamese flavors. The husband-and-wife duo are able to draw from their roots in Vietnam where Tuyethoa received a formal culinary school education and Dan had hands-on experience working in his own family’s restaurant. 

Their culinary legacy will find its next chapter in their daughter, Amie Le. A self-proclaimed “foodie”, Amie is excited to create new dishes and experiment in fusion styles in their future location at The Park on Ke`eaumoku. 

“The three of us are passionate about food and seeing customers eat our food makes us very happy. We chose this new location with our customers in mind. It’s a very new, convenient, and clean environment in the area of our current location,” shared Amie.
